600k Terms & Conditions

Please read this document carefully before using the 600k platform. By registering for or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all the terms set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 600k platform ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the website, mobile application and services provided by 600k.

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 600k platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms, including the Privacy Policy and all other policies published on this platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

600k reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full features of the 600k platform, you must register and create a user account. During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

Account creation requirements:

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the platform.
  • Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
  • You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised or not.
  • If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the 600k support team immediately.

600k reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to provide the required verification documents may result in a temporary account suspension.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a 600k platform user, you agree to comply with all applicable usage rules and accept full responsibility for all actions carried out through your account.

Prohibited activities on the 600k platform:

  • Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
  • Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
  • Using automated software, bots or any technical tools to manipulate game outcomes or transactions.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, identity misrepresentation or money laundering.
  • Distributing seditious, obscene, or defamatory content through the platform.
  • Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities or loopholes within the platform.

Any breach of the above rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure without compensation, and potential legal action where warranted.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All transactions on the 600k platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via legitimate local payment channels, including FPX internet banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet and local bank transfers.

Key terms relating to transactions:

  • All deposits are final once confirmed by the system. Cancellation of a completed deposit is not permitted.
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the 600k account holder.
  • 600k reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal to ensure transaction security.
  • Any transaction fees or service charges imposed by banks or payment providers are the sole responsibility of the user.
  • Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to 24 hours.
  • The platform reserves the right to hold or delay any withdrawal that raises suspicion of fraud pending the outcome of an investigation.

Any transaction disputes must be reported to the 600k support team within 14 days of the transaction date. Reports submitted after this period may not be processed.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability: The 600k platform and its management shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors or unauthorised access to user data. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.

Intellectual Property: All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software and materials on the 600k platform are the exclusive property of the platform or its respective licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify or exploit any such content without prior written permission from 600k.

Account Policy (Suspension & Closure): 600k reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the platform's discretion to protect the integrity of its services. Any legitimate funds in an account closed for non-fraudulent reasons will be returned in accordance with established procedures.

Third-Party Links: The 600k platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for convenience purposes only. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or conduct of any such third-party sites. Access to external websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Changes to Terms: 600k reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or to their registered email address. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
